“OPENLY”/ STREET ART DOCUMENTARY

“Openly” is a documentary by the street artist from Nizhny Novgorod Nikita Nomerz. The movie explores the Russian Street Art movement and the graffiti culture. The creation of the documentary was held on pure enthusiasm and it took 6 years for Nikita to gather all the necessary materials to fully explore the culture of a Street Art in Russia. The movie consists from the recorded interviews with prominent street artists and the documentary shootings from their creative processes; also, the movie talks about exhibition and festival experiences of the street artists.
